FAQ
How do the sizes run?
Tees and hoodies are regular fit and true to size. Oversized tees are cut wide on purpose, so take your usual size. Measure a top you already own, lay it flat and compare it with the size guide.
Will the print last?
Yes, if you treat it right: wash inside out at 30°C, skip the tumble dryer and never iron over the print. That keeps the colours sharp for years of wear.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is printed to order in Plovdiv in 1 to 3 working days, then it goes to the courier for delivery across Bulgaria.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You order on our shop, saad.printondemand.bg, and pay the courier when the parcel arrives. No card needed.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If a print is faulty, the garment is damaged or the wrong size arrives, message us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it.
How do I get a "coming soon" design?
Send us a DM on Instagram (ig.me/m/boris_bostandzhiev) with the design and your size. We will save one for you and message you when it is ready to order.
Are the photos real?
Most photos are from our own shoots with real people. Some product shots show an AI-generated model wearing the design, so you can see it on a person before we shoot it for real. Those images are marked "AI".
Can you make shirts for our crew or club?
Yes. Send us your logo or idea, the number of pieces and the sizes via Instagram DM, and we will work out a design and a price for the group.
Why is the order on another site?
Our pieces are printed to order by PrintOnDemand.bg in Plovdiv. Ordering, cash on delivery and shipping all run through our shop on their platform: saad.printondemand.bg.
When is the next drop?
We announce drop dates on Instagram first. Message us if you want a heads-up.
What is Bostan?
Bostan Originals are the house pieces, named like the house after the founder’s family: embroidery, gold print and small runs made in Plovdiv. Some are still coming: send a DM and we will put your name on the first batch.
