Shipping & returns
Cash on delivery · Econt and Speedy, 2–5 working days after production · Printed to order in Plovdiv
How ordering works
Pick a design here, then press Order. You land on our shop at saad.printondemand.bg, where you choose the size and place the order. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
Production and delivery
Every piece is printed to order in Plovdiv. Production takes 1 to 3 working days, then the parcel goes to the courier and is delivered across Bulgaria. Delivery cost is shown at checkout.
Returns and defects
If something arrives wrong — a misprint, a damaged garment or the wrong size sent — message us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it. Everything else follows the terms and delivery pages of the shop, linked in the footer. Check the size guide before you order: it is the easiest way to avoid a return.
Coming-soon designs
Designs marked "coming soon" are not in the shop yet. Send us a DM on Instagram (ig.me/m/boris_bostandzhiev) and we will save one in your size and tell you when it is ready.
